This is the first and terminal Budget in AmritKaal Nirvana for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam . A) `This Budget hopes to build on the foundation laid for Vas udhaiva Kutumbakam in the Amritkaal Mahanirvan, and the blueprint drawn for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, We envision a prosperous and inclusive Nirvan, in which the whole universe is composed of two materials, one of which they call Âkâsha and other is Prana.
